As part of our long-term and successful cooperation with the EDUCA Secondary Vocational School, we were happy to participate in a job interview practice with students in their final year of high school. This initiative represents a great opportunity for our company to connect with young talents and support their entry into the job market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The students took on the task of preparing professional CVs and motivation letters for our fictitious job offer with great commitment. They then experienced the real atmosphere of a job interview right on the school premises under the guidance of our experienced colleague from the HR department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This mutually beneficial activity provided the students with invaluable feedback on their presentation skills and readiness for a job interview. It was also a valuable lesson for our company. Thanks to direct interaction with future graduates, we gained a deeper insight into the expectations and requirements of the new generation that will soon enter the job market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe that this cooperation with SO\u0160 EDUCA is an investment in the future, and we look forward to further opportunities to support young people on their professional journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
