As part of our long-term and successful cooperation with the EDUCA Secondary Vocational School, we were happy to participate in a job interview practice with students in their final year of high school. This initiative represents a great opportunity for our company to connect with young talents and support their entry into the job market.
The students took on the task of preparing professional CVs and motivation letters for our fictitious job offer with great commitment. They then experienced the real atmosphere of a job interview right on the school premises under the guidance of our experienced colleague from the HR department.
This mutually beneficial activity provided the students with invaluable feedback on their presentation skills and readiness for a job interview. It was also a valuable lesson for our company. Thanks to direct interaction with future graduates, we gained a deeper insight into the expectations and requirements of the new generation that will soon enter the job market.
